3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation rules vary by property. Please review the cancellation policy on the booking page before confirming. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Guest conduct

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The property reserves the right to refuse check-in for any violation of house rules.

5. Limitation of liability

aasrayin acts as an intermediary between guests and properties. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or quality of services provided by partner properties.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
