Eligibility

Refunds are processed for cancellations made within the property's free cancellation window, or in cases where the property fails to honour your confirmed booking.

How refunds are paid

Card payments — 7-10 business days to the original card.
UPI / Net Banking — 3-5 business days to the source account.
Wallet — instant credit back to your aasrayin wallet.

If you don't see your refund within the timeline above, write to refunds@aasrayin.com with your booking ID.
