Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work on aasrayin.
Your property's policy applies
Each property chooses a cancellation policy. It is shown on the property page, before you pay, and on your booking confirmation. Refunds are a share of the total you paid:
- Flexible: 100% refund up to 1 day before check-in; 50% after that until check-in.
- Moderate: 100% refund up to 5 days before check-in; 50% up to 1 day before; no refund after that.
- Strict: 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in; 50% up to 7 days before; no refund after that.
- Other properties: 100% refund more than 48 hours before check-in, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, and no refund within 24 hours.
Bookings can't be cancelled online after check-in, and guests who don't arrive (no-shows) are not refunded.
When the property cancels
If a property cancels your booking, or declines a booking request it hasn't confirmed yet, you get a full refund.
Refund timelines
Refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
How to cancel
